"Music is the most direct and powerful Prayer, for me.  It is ancestral and it catches the Church gathered in prayer.  It let's us fly higher.  Especially for young people, Music is a different way to feel close to God." (Claudia)

FIRST Friday masses in the parish are in "ouR lady of the wayside", kilternan at 7.30pm

 

HOLY HOUR & BENEDICTION FOR HEALING:   A time to slow down and reflect in silence with some prayerful music.  There will also be Blessings and Prayers for Healing during the hour.  It will be lead by Fr.Robert, every last Tuesday of the month, from 8-9pm in St.Mary's Church, Sandyford during LENT and ADVENT.

 

EXPOSITION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT:   Takes place on Tuesdays after 10.00am Mass until 9.00pm in St. Mary's, Sandyford. If you would like some quiet time with the Lord, 1hour or ½ hour, please put your name on the Rota Sheet on table beside the Sacred Heart shrine.

PRAYER INTENTIONS FOR THE SICK :  Feel free to make these intentions known to any of the priests of the parish.

BEREAVEMENT SERVICE:   Available locally to help those having difficulties with the death of a relative or friend. If you would like to talk to a bereavement counselor phone parish office 2956414.

THE PARISH NEWSLETTER:   Items for inclusion in Newsletter must be in before 11.00am on Wednesday

PARKING AT ST. MARY’S:   Thanks to all who are now parking cars outside church grounds before Mass. This has helped the safety concerns I have had for those attending Mass. Except for serious reasons, I request that cars remain outside the gates.    Fr. Éamann
